PKR47 Terms and Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the PKR47 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect the moment you create a PKR47 account or begin using the platform's features, whichever comes first.

PKR47 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

These terms apply to all products and services available on PKR47, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games, the Game Lobby, and all Promotions.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

PKR47 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on PKR47. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

PKR47 may request age verification documents at any point. If you cannot verify your age, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawal held until verification is completed satisfactorily.

• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a PKR47 employee.
• You must not be registered on a self-exclusion list or have previously had a PKR47 account permanently closed for rule violations.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering. Creating an account using false identity details is a serious violation of these terms.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to hold one PKR47 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide a valid mobile number, a working email address, and accurate personal details. PKR47 may require identity verification (CNIC or equivalent) before processing your first withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password, PIN, or OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent PKR47 support. PKR47 will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security concern to PKR47 support.

• Use a strong, unique password for your PKR47 account.
• Log out of shared or public devices after each session.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration; ensure your name matches your payment details.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on PKR47 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PKR47 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, and other payment methods listed in the deposit section of your account. Available methods may change from time to time.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of deposit.
• PKR47 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR47 balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the provider, which is typically instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• PKR47 reserves the right to reject or return a deposit if it cannot be verified or if it originates from a flagged payment source.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team. PKR47 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval, while bank transfers may take one to two business days.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC or other valid identification. This is a standard requirement and applies to all players regardless of withdrawal amount.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• If your balance includes active bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before those funds can be withdrawn.
• PKR47 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if unusual activity is detected on the account.
• Attempting to withdraw funds linked to fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the relevant balance.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

PKR47 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket seasons, PSL, and other sporting events. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is activated.

General bonus rules that apply across all PKR47 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Free bets and bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from them (subject to wagering) are withdrawable.
• PKR47 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have activated it, any wagering already completed will be honoured proportionally.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, bet cancellation patterns, or coordinated play with other accounts to exploit promotional terms — will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

07 Gameplay & Sports Betting Rules

All games on the PKR47 platform — including slots, live casino tables, fish shooting rooms, and sports betting markets — operate according to the rules defined by the respective game provider or sports data feed. In the event of a technical error during a game or bet settlement, PKR47 will investigate and resolve the issue based on available system records.

For sports betting specifically:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless PKR47 exercises its void right under these terms.
• PKR47 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event result was effectively determined, or where a technical glitch resulted in incorrect odds being offered.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and other matches — follow standard cricket betting rules. If a match is abandoned or reduced due to weather or other conditions, settlement will follow the official result or, where no official result exists, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are shown at the point of bet placement.
• PKR47 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account that shows patterns consistent with advantage play, arbitrage, or misuse of promotional offers.

For casino games and slots, all titles in the PKR47 Game Lobby use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from their respective providers. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the provider and cannot be altered by PKR47.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKR47. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using someone else's payment method, or creating accounts under false pretences.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or promotional terms.
• Money laundering: Using PKR47 to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds as a method of laundering money from any source. PKR47 takes this extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any investigations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider after placing bets on PKR47.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games or place bets on PKR47.
• Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or incorrect odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error will be voided.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward PKR47 support staff or other players.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow these terms, including losses caused by sharing your account credentials with another person.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or banking networks.
• Technical failures on devices, internet connections, or software that you use to access PKR47.

Nothing in these terms limits PKR47's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Changes to Terms

PKR47 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For significant changes, PKR47 may notify registered players via email or an in-platform message, but it remains your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
